Pollen Digital

Pollen Digital have a strong understanding of web technologies and standards, and that makes them one of my favourite clients.

Lately I have helped Pollen with HTML, CSS and Javascript on the Cascade Brewery website. I was fortunate to be working with them on this project as they picked up the major award for the 2011 AIMIAs.

I’ve also been helping them with their work on new templates for the HCF website.

Again this has been HTML, CSS and JS, with a focus on jQuery and helping their developers integrate with ASP and .NET. The project progressed quite smoothly despite the complex requirements – and I wouldn’t be surprised if they picked up an award for this project as well. They deserve it!

Some of the other work I have done for Pollen Digital includes:

• create WordPress templates/plugins
• jQuery development
• PHP development
• pre-release testing and reporting
• a custom CMS, which outputs valid HTML and CSS to match Pollen’s visual concepts pixel-perfect. 12 months later I revisited it to address issues from the expanding requirements of the client, and I was able to make the updates quickly and easily because the original code was clean and concise.

I have a good relationship with all the guys at Pollen Digital and I always look forward to working with them.
